Hi Mike,
Am having problems with above on my computer.

1 SD card was formatted then initialised on my KN7000.
2 SD card was then inserted into my Mac mini computer.
3 Already downloaded click & drag zip file was opened via a double click.
4 Labelled private file opened by double click.
5 I then dragged and dropped files TFLD001 to TFLD029 into SD card on monitor screen, (628 items.)
6 Inserted SD card into my KN7000 message kept coming up " file is empty."

Could your in-house Apple Mac expert Alex be able to advise me ?
Many thanks,
Harry

Hi Harry,

You're going wrong at step 4. Don't go inside the PRIVATE folder. Drag the PRIVATE folder onto the SD Card. So then, on the SD Card you will see the PRIVATE directory and the TFLD's will be inside it.

Best wishes,
Mike

Hi Mike,
There appears to have been no new postings on your website since July 2016, 5 months ago.
That was for the Y2 upgrade.
Have I been inadvertently deleted from your mailing list, or has your site been inactive ?
Look forward to hearing from you. Happy Xmas.

Re: Click & Drag Procedure on my Mac Computer (Y2 posting)

Hi Harry,

There have been many forum posts and lots happening in the background but no new content for a while. This is due to family and work commitments and illness.

I'm looking forward to the Christmas holidays when I'll have plenty of time to bring things up to date, so there will be lots of activity over the next couple of weeks.

John has been very actively dealing with posts on the site (thanks John) and I've had to limit myself to ensuring that the site is up and running (website programming etc).

For now, I have to keep this response brief. I'll be in touch soon this is just a short term thing.

Best wishes,
Mike
