Accessing VIP Content

This message is to help VIP Members to access the VIP content for their instruments.

Specifically, in response to VIP Member kiosco, who posted the following message in the comments area on the following page:

Message: hi, how could i, please, download styles from VIP area for my KN 2400 - i am a fresh VIP member but dowloading is not available somehow

This page is not suitable for KN2400 because this keyboard has a floppy disk drive, not an SD Card. At the top of the page it says "SD Card Files for KN7000 KN2600".

Always check the description at the top of the page. Here's the page you need for KN2400:

The description at the top lists your keyboard: Floppy Disk Files for KN7000 KN2600 KN2400 PR804 PR604 PR54

The best way to access the files for your keyboard is to select your instrument on the left hand menu of the Members Area. Here's the page for KN2400:

When you are on that page, all of the links on the left will take you to files that are compatible with your keyboard.

When you're on a VIP page, if you are not a VIP Member, or if you are a VIP Member and not logged in, you see the following message:



After you log in, you see this message instead and you can download the content:



As you can see, I've logged in using your account (I'm able to do this as Admin, in order to test things). I've tested the link and the download is working.
