Hallo,
Sometimes when i load a new style, en play that style, the volume of my kn7000 is suddenly reduced to half.
Is there anyone who nows why?
It never happens with build-in styles.

I now know wath the reason is, but i have no solution.
When i load a style in the sequencer the green light on the APC/sequencer volume setting, is extinguished.
When i begins to play its take a few seconds (or longer) and the green light turned on. This makes that the volume change.
What can i do to prevent this?

I ALWAYS have the APC/Sequencer volume slide set to fully up/on...that way you don't get this intermittent problem. In my experience unless you do this you can experience sudden drops in volume in the middle of a song as well.

My thoughts were along the same lines , my vol slider is always set to max and then any changes are stored in panel memory anyway

Hi Linos,
The second slider, for accompaniment sounds should ALWAYS be set to maximum, with the green light on. Unless you have a specific (unusual) reason to reduce it.
The rest of the keyboard gets balanced around the fact that this second slider is to remain at the maximum setting (normally).
You then increase the volume of your right 1, right 2 and left to suit. And of course, you can reduce the master volume as appropriate.
The Songs you are loading must have been saved with the slider at a lower volume. When this occurs, the light will be out when you load the Song. You'll have to re-save the Song with the accompaniment slider set to maximum. If the slider has been moved whilst the Song was being recorded then that new slider position will be recorded inside the Song. In that case, you'll need to Step Edit in the Sequencer (Ctrl Track) to find the position where the slider was moved and delete the control message.
