Hallo,

Hello, Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your KN7000, may I ask a question? do you open or close the top panel when you start/finish playing ? Is the keyboard moved about. My first thoughts are that there is either a loose connection or a broken wire (the wires that pass through the hinges could cause trouble as your keyboard is now 16 years old the wires may have started to fail if they are flexed by opening and closing the lid or loosened a connector. All of this work requires the work of an engineer.
