I have a KN6500 but it has stopped working. I think I suffered a power surge which may have damaged various circuit boards. I have carried out all the trouble shooting suggestions from the manual. As I needed a replacement quickly, I had to buy a second hand model to replace mine, but a number of aspects on the replacement don't work, e.g. the floppy disk drive. I could use the circuit board from the replacement to repair my KN6500. Can anyone recommend a reliable technics repair service in the Kent or SE England area?
