Greetings all.. My KN6000 is acting strange..I can load a song but the error ( 01 message an error has occured while the disk was loading. Please try again! )...Comes up front for a seconds then the song comes up..Is there a problem with the disk drive …

Hi Paul,

Does it happen with all disks or some in particular?

I'm guessing you need to run a disk drive head cleaner if it hasn't been cleaned in a while.
