Re sx KN2400. I am no longer able to get the Bank View by pressing the Bank View button. I am also not able to save new setups or change existing ones.. I can get Bank View when I hold a number and press SET, the same way as if you are saving a new set…

I can get Bank View when I hold a number and press SET, the same way as if you are saving a new setup.
I was am hoping to correct this by doing a Factory reset. This did not solve the problem. Does anyone know about this?

Hi , sounds like you have either debris under the contacts or a damaged contact silicon membrane it will require the keyboard to be opened and the RH switch panel to be removed and air dusted. The KN2400/2600 models have to opened with care as there is a risk of the ribbon cables not making contact when the keyboard is resembled. One thing I would suggest you use an air-duster around the switch, this may clear the obstruction before you get the screw-divers out. The reason I think this is the possible cause is that when you depress an associated/near button it works.
