Hi, I've just upgraded to windows 10 and in order to load the drivers for my KN2600 I've installed a virtual copy of windows XP pro 32 bit which with a bit of an effort used to work with my windows 7. Unfortunately the drivers won't load now and I keep getting error or fail messages. I have the original Technics CD which was from 2003 but can't think of a way around the problem, any help much appreciated PS I have original CDs of windows 7 and 8 if thats any help

Hi Carryduff,

The usual solution on Windows 8.1 is to perform the installation by copying the files onto your PC and then running them in Compatibility Mode for Windows XP AND as an Administrator.

Then, after installation, to also run the program itself in Compatibility Mode AND as an Administrator.

I dare not upgrade my PC yet until I have made sure that my many and unusual programs will run first but I intend to do that soon. Until then, I can't help with definite info so I hope someone else can help further.
