My daughter was playing with different settings of our piano using mode set. She noticed after playing a key the note held for a few seconds after she released it. After this, the keyboard stopped producing sound when the keys were played. The piano turns on fine and the mode set light is lit when pressed, however, no sound comes from any of the keys or the demo.

Re: SX-PC25 No SoundIt just occurred to me that I was testing the headphone sound using my headphones with the standard jack. The headphone jack from the piano looks larger - do I need a 3.5mm to 6.35mm stereo adapter? Now I'm wondering if I inadvertently messed up the headphone jack somehow.
