pr250 mainboard

Hi i try to repare a pr250 , ive donloaded service manual from members ares but the schematic of the main board isnt the same. Mine is QJBG2079. someone can help for the right schema ? my keyboard can't play from keyboard but demo song play ok

Hi , I will pass your post onto our engineer, but first have you tried to do a Factory reset. To do this "Press the first three rhythm buttons and switch the instrument on. this will reset it to factory settings. This will start you off on a reset point if you need to go any farther.
