Windows 8 Computer keeps restarting(Blue screen of Death)

Hi,

I have a problem which is progressively getting worse. I run windows 8 and have reformatted 2 times now, each time after reformatting I have still had the same issues. I originally thought it was a driver issue, hence after lots of stuffing around I ended up just reformatting the first time. The computer seemed fine for a week or so then the problem came back, I reformatted again and this time from the get go (clean install of windows 8) the computer kept running into issues and restarting. I have had different instances where sometimes the blue screen comes up before restarting, other times nothing it just restarts and sometimes I get an error message "The instruction at 0x00....referenced memory at 0x00.... The required data was not placed into memory because of an I/O error status of 0xc000...". It seems like a memory issue but I have run Memtest86+ and it came back with 0 errors running tests 1 through to 9. My other thought is it may be my ssd, but I ran a dskchk on it and seemed to be fine. If anyone can help me or if further info is required let me know?

Please help.
