Mike is in Guildford, he doesn't give our his email address and his phone number is published on his website along with how & when to contact him. I think it's uneconomical to add a hard drive to KN3000 you might be better adding a USB floppy emulator such as this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nt1id1fmOPg...
