I'm guessing that the name is not correctly spelled but I tried close variants such as Silencio, Silenzio, still nothing and it is not a tune I'm familiar with. I hope someone else knows it! I myself have done the searches I normally do , i.e. Musicroom and Musicnotes but like yourself, and tried the titles you mention but they are not similar. I didn't look who the artist was but with the spelling of the other pieces in the link, it certainly seems continental.
