Hi All,

When you join the site you validate your email address by clicking on a link in an email that the website sends to you automatically. Sometimes these emails go to your spam folder so you might need to look in there. If you don't receive this email you won't be able to log in so you will need to contact me to enable your account.

This also applies if you need to reset your password because it is exactly the same process. You receive an email and you need to click on a link in it.

I'm working to improve the situation.

I send out Newsletters quite frequently to keep you up to date. Sometimes once a month but lately I've sent a few a week. These might also go to your spam folder, in fact I know that they do in many instances, so if you want to receive the Newsletters please take the steps advised by your email provider to stop the emails going to the spam folder. If you want help with that let me know and I will try to help.

If you don't want to receive the Newsletters, please, lease use the subscriber link at the bottom of the Newsletter. Please don't 'mark it as spam' because when people do that it damages our reputation with email providers because they share that information. If you are struggling with that let me know and I will unsubscribe you.

Of course, if you do unsubscribe you might miss out on information about your keyboard but it is entirely your choice. I know that some people don't enjoy regular Newsletters, we each have our preferences in that respect.

I'm also working on archiving the Newsletters for those who want to read the old ones but it needs some programming that I can't do myself so that is a while away. It needs to be automated because there aren't enough hours in the day smiling

Thanks everyone.
Mike
